A contributing member is a person who wants to share the work of designing, programming, and maintaining a web page which creates the ambiance of an artistic and creative endeavor which adds to the Sol y Luna community as well as adds to the world community at large.
Members can be from anywhere around the globe as long as one agrees to produce, maintain, and share costs of such.
